Have you heard of incentive travel before? This is a term that is used to describe a holiday that is not only for pleasure but also for business gains. No doubt, you have heard of team-bonding activities. A lot of businesses all over the world embrace these. An incentive holiday is just like a team-bonding activity, albeit on a much bigger scale, as you will all be going on vacation together. For any sort of business owner, this is something worth considering, as you get to have a great holiday while also boosting your business in the process. Keeping that in mind, in this blog post, we will take a look at incentive travel in further depth, giving you more information about the process and the benefits, as well as offering suggestions and choosing the right sort of holiday and destination.

So, you have decided that incentive travel could be a good idea for your business? Perhaps you’ve noticed that productivity levels have fallen? Or, maybe you’ve put together a new department and would like to encourage effective teamwork? Irrespective of what your aim may be, you will need to consider your incentive travel solution carefully, which is what this post is here to assist with.

What are incentive trips all about?

Incentive trips are designed for business owners that want to reach a specific goal that is related to their employees, whether they want to show them that they are valued, increase employee retention levels, encourage effective teamwork or something else. Through an incentive trip, you can show your employees how valuable they are to you while improving productivity levels as a consequence. The benefits of this are both short-term and long-term. Your employees will get an immediate boost yet they will also increase their loyalty to you and your company.

Planning an incentive trip

When it comes to planning an incentive trip, and choosing from all of the incentive travel destinations that are available, there are no rules about how you should put your trip together. Instead, it is all about establishing what your business aims to achieve, and then putting actions into place to reach this. You can take your winter vacation with Guest Reservations, as companies like this have plenty of options available, making the process a lot easier.

Of course, you can use the services of a company that specialises in this area, as they will have the experience of putting together effective trips for companies similar to yours. You can’t afford to make a mistake when investing in something as significant as this, and so a professional opinion is worth its weight in gold. Not only this, but such consultants are trained to think outside of the box, and thus they are guaranteed to come up with impressive ideas that will help you to achieve your objectives.

There are many factors that need to be considered when planning the perfect trip – it’s all about the marriage of the practical components with creativity and innovative thinking. You want an incentive travel solution that is going to achieve everything you require in terms of increasing employee satisfaction and efficiency yet you will also need to make sure that the solution is feasible, i.e. it is within budget and in a time frame that is convenient for you and your business’s requirements. Planning something as substantial as this can take up a lot of time, further highlighting why professional assistance is so highly advised.

Once this is done, all you need to do is sit back, relax and wait for the trip to arise. If all goes well, you should be able to notice a difference in your staff and your business productivity levels from the moment you get back from your trip. Yes, you will need to invest some of your cash when it comes to incentive travel, yet you will quickly make this back in terms of better efficiency, holding onto your key talent, making your employees feel valued, promoting teamwork and much more.

If you like the sound of this, simply take a look online to see if there are any businesses that specialise in incentive travel destinations that could help you.

Family activity holidays provide a great opportunity for all of the family to enjoy some inhibited fun, spend some quality time together, bond and create an experience that they will remember for the rest of their lives. Therefore, it is vitally important that when deciding on your family holiday, you pick a great destination. One of the most popular and highly recommended family adventure holidays is to go on one of the available Grand Canyon tours. This blog post will reveal why Grand Canyon tours are so great and why you should consider booking one.

First and foremost, the Grand Canyon is one of the seven natural wonders of the world, which is reason alone to visit. The other six being the Great Barrier Reef, the Victoria Falls, Aurora, Mount Everest, the Paricutin volcano, and the harbour of Rio De Janeiro. How remarkable will it be for you and your children to say they have visited one of these? There is so much history and culture behind the Grand Canyon and so to witness such beauty and depth of meaning is something all can appreciate and enjoy. Furthermore, the Grand Canyon is one of the seven natural wonders of the world which is easier to access and whereby cheaper deals can be found.

In addition to this, there are tons and tons of exciting wildlife you can witness whilst visiting the Grand Canyon. And trust me; you do not have to be an animal lover to find the experience exciting and unique. The animals on display include horned owls and coyotes. In fact, there are approximately 355 types of bird, 89 different mammals, 47 types of reptile, 17 species of fish and 9 different amphibians in the canyon alone.

In addition to wildlife and history, the sightseeing experience is a fascinating one. You will be able to witness some remarkable beauty in the rock contours on display. A lot of people worry about going on sightseeing holidays when they have children because they are concerned that they will be bored. This is an understandable concern. However, this will not be the case if you opt to go on a Grand Canyon tour. In fact, the helicopter ride itself will be enough to keep them satisfied for the entire vacation.

Finally, millions and millions of people visit the Grand Canyon every year, whether purely to sightsee or as part of global adventure challenges. This should provide you with an indication as to how successful it is as a family activity holiday destination. Surely all of these people can’t have terrible taste. The beauty of the Grand Canyon is something you truly have to witness yourself; it is not something which can be justified through the use of words.

All in all, it is plain to see why so many families decide to take advantage of one of the many Grand Canyon tours available. They are something all ages can enjoy, there are tons of wildlife on display, a heap of history and culture to experience and of course a mass of beauty for the eye to behold. What more could you possibly want?

Have you ever had a fettish for the sexually explicit and taboo that your school mates and parents were ashamed of? As a long term whackpacker, open minded person and honest, life sharing guy, I am never shy to talk about all aspects of life. I certainly don’t shy away from the limelight, the cameras or the media. My own media appearances list is lengthy enough and I have never been shy to write about my sexual experiences. This is a real life blog. Through the years I had some manic adventures both beneath and away from the sheets. Let’s just say I didn’t keep my willy covered at all times on my journey. Here are 5 moments on my travels where I toyed the line between the common people’s sex lives and the BDSM.

What is BDSM?

It is defined generally as combination of the abbreviations B and D (Bondage and Discipline), D and S (Dominance and submission), and S and M (Sadism and Masochism). Take your pants off, make some bdsm contacts, don’t be shy…

1.Naked Hiking

Have you ever dreamed of whipping your clothes off and hiking in the buff? I have done this a few times, in places such as Peru, Australia and Faroe Islands. Here’s a few photos to prove it…I covered my underpant ingredients.

2.Nude Yoga

I headed to London a few years back for naked yoga. This is a real way to get your body and mind stimulated whilst being totally nude. I went with Veronika from Slovakia. She was totally naked within minutes and I had a big erection ready to have yoga. After the one hour session, I was still hard willywise and ready for milking.

3.Nude Beaches

I love the freedom of beaches, even better if you can shed your clothes without the peelers (police) coming and giving you a warning. Studland beach in Dorset attracts nudism, as do many beaches in Australia and Lubiewo in Poland. Word of warning – don’t get your tits or cock out in an Islamic country or you’ll end up in prison. They might even cut off your willy putting an end to any form of whipping, slapping and sausage sinking on those beautiful beaches.

4.Sex in Public

I wandered through the streets of Gdansk in Poland with what seemed like the girl of my dreams at the time. Things went wrong but after some wild snogging, that particular evening provided me with my only public orgasm on life’s corridor. I met that girl in real life of course, but many of us are using sites like mybdsmhookups.com to organise a new friendship and a spot of slap and tickle.

5.Masoc Bar, Lviv, Ukraine

Anyone who has backpacked through Lviv should be aware that Mr. masoc himself is from here and there is a statue and bar named in his honour. Pop in for a coffee or a beer and prepared to be slapped, stripped and taken into the BDSM world. I got my back slapped by a sexually desirable Ukrainian princess. It wasn’t all a dream…

We’ve all met them, those mature travellers that have so much decorum, so much experience of travelling and just are great tourists to travel with. Even on the Inca Trail, I was blessed to be joined by a Taiwanese couple in their 50s doing the hike. I was 30 at the time, I couldn’t have imagined being able to do that aged 50! But when I get to hang out with mature travellers (and yes I know I am in danger of becoming one very soon, as the years go by), I tend to get very inspired by them, and then they tell me their stories…

Best Ways For Mature Travellers To Find Love

Sadly it’s not always good news. Sometimes, they went through tough divorces, many lost their partners to disease, some had children that left their families behind. As someone who suffers from depression, I started to listen more and relate to such stories. Then I asked them about their dating experiences and if they still look for love on the road. Of course, the answer is normally yes. We all need and want love, or to be loved. Dating then, for the mature travellers, here are some options…

1.Dating Websites
Forget the stupid myth that over 50s don’t know anything about the internet – it’s cow excrement! My parents are both in their 70s and have been using mobile phones and the internet for over 20 years. Yes, really! So, dating websites are not just for the young and it needs to be told more often. Indeed there are a multitude of over 50s dating sites now and you need to be aware that they are becoming very popular. I met a few travellers who used them (with great stories and success to tell).

2.Hiking Clubs
I was surprised to learn and I was very naive to know that over 50s love to keep fit and hike. I know, I was a bit ignorant. And each and every hike I have done since the age of thirty, I became more and more aware that we love the outdoors and nature more and more as we age. We love the challenge of keeping our bodies in shape.

3.Against the Old School Flow
It might seem like the old fashioned approach is gone, but there is a brave mix now. SO much so that mixing ages has become a great travel craze. Break the boundaries.

4.Room Sharing Hostels
Did you ever meet an over 50 year old in a hostel room? Yes you did because if you didn’t, then you haven’t really whackpacked it in dorm rooms. I shared dorm rooms with many an over 50 and later, I was to learn one of the reasons…

Hostel dorms

They still feel young, they still feel more energetic than you. And they are. Yes, we know that factually they have an earlier date of birth and possibly their physicalities have limits (I say possibly…) but they are of a young mind. But to meet like-minded folk, perhaps it’s no wonder that sites like older-dating.com have become popular in recent years as they really do work. I met many people on my trips that met through such sites, and you know, it’s the same as anyone – we just look for love, friendship and fun.

Good luck on your travels, whether “old”, “young” or “middle aged”!

Driving in LA for the First Time? Here’s What You Need To Know

Millions of people travel to Los Angeles every year to take in the sights. There is so much to see and do from the Hollywood Sign to Chinatown. However, you do not want to stop the good times by getting a traffic ticket. As long as you follow some simple tips, you will not have to get in touch with a traffic ticket attorney Los Angeles during your stay.

Driving in LA for the First Time? Here’s What You Need To Know

Avoid Rush Hour

I-405 and I-10 turn into parking lots during certain times of the day. You will get stuck in traffic if you try to drive on the major freeways between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. or between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you can help it, then you should plan all activities to occur outside of these times. Even if it means waking up early, you will be thankful when you do not have to be in your car for an hour to travel five miles.

Give Yourself Extra Time

Even if you travel outside of rush hour, you still want to give yourself plenty of time. Traffic is always unpredictable, so do not risk showing up late. It is better to get there early anyway, so you are not as stressed out. You may need a speeding ticket attorney Los Angeles if you try to make up for loss time by driving too fast. Do not take the chance.

Know Where To Park

Driving is hard enough in Los Angeles, but parking can be even worse. You may want to brush up on your parallel parking skills if you will need to park on the street. You should also look up nearby parking structures to your destination. These structures often require you to pay, so make sure to budget accordingly.

As long as you are prepared, you have nothing to worry about driving around L.A. In the event you do require legal assistance during your trip, do not hesitate to get in touch with a traffic ticket attorney.

Bali is one of the best places to close a business deal. You can never go wrong with the stunning vista of the sea and the natural lighting of the bright sun. Whether you want to have a cliff boardroom meeting or ocean-view grand ballroom meeting, meeting venues in Bali leave your business partners impressed by the elegant conferences.

Here are a few tips you could use when choosing a venue for a meetings in Bali.

Choosing a Venue for Meetings in Bali

Choose a Venue that Matches the Nature of your Meeting.

The climate and environment in Bali are impressive. So, you do not need to be confined to in-door boards or ballrooms. There are spacious lawns that make any meeting or conference a memorable experience. The white beaches, lush lawns, and skillful art not only provide you with a place to hold a meeting but a relaxing vacation feeling.

Decide which place is ideal for your meeting- the serene mountain areas or the white sandy beaches. However, if you prefer a little privacy and little distraction, you could choose a suitable indoor venue. You should also consider this option, especially if your meeting time coincides with Bali’s rainy season. The indoor choice is also ideal for small conferences or large meetings.

Get a Package with the Right Features

The features of the package you choose determine the comfort you get during the meeting. Before you make a final decision, it is always wise to contact the venue manager and find out the features included in the package. Make sure that the package has the features listed on the website. You could also visit other websites and compare the features from different companies before you make a final choice.

Compare the Price

If you are on a tight budget, everything all comes down to prices. When selecting a meeting venue package, carefully go over all the features in the package and their prices. If they exceed your price range, try to negotiate with the venue’s owner to settle on a more affordable deal.

You could also lower the price by searching for meeting venues that have special offers or discounts. Numerous people offer meeting venue packages. Meeting venue organization is a competitive business in Bali, and hence you should take time to view options with discounts and offers to get a deal that falls within your budget.

The prices of meeting venue packages vary with the number and quality of features provided. Take time to go through your list, check out the essential components in the available options, and choose a package that best fits your needs.

Meeting Participants

Once you select a package that offers you the most value for your money, contact the venue owner and specify the number of participants that will attend the meeting. If your meeting participants are few, find out whether the selected provider offers a venue for less than a hundred people. If they do not, check out other packages that do.

Time of the Meeting

It is crucial to know and define the duration of your meeting before choosing a meeting venue package. Venues are offered according to set timelines. If the meeting will take long hours, consider going for a full-day meeting package or half day if the meeting will only take a few hours. If you intend to have a meeting in the evening, you could get an evening meeting package.

Facilities Offered

There are many facilities offered when you are holding a meeting in Bali. Some of these facilities include the air conditioner, microphones, LCD projectors, internet connection, and copy service. Meals or snacks could also influence the type of package you settle for. So go over the menu and ensure the meals in the package will be enough for all the meeting participants.

Create the best experience for your company’s employees by holding a meeting in Bali today!

Everyone follows the house rules at Victor’s Celtic Coffee Company and Roasters. Parents, keep a close eye on your little ones. If not, the trip home promises to include espresso-filled children and a new puppy!

If you love going on adventure trips, something you should try (if you haven’t tried already) is water sports. There are a number of water sports, and there’s something out there for all ability levels and personality types, so you’ll nearly always find something that’s comfortable for you. Remember, you rarely have fun stuck inside of your comfort zone! Below you’ll find some awesome water sports to try on your next adventure trip. Take a look:

Water Sports To Try On Your Next Adventure Trip

Kayaking

Kayaking is a great water sport because you are free to go at your own pace. It’s the perfect one to go for if you think you’d prefer to just paddle along and enjoy the breeze and the scenery. You’re unlikely to be bucked about and tossed in the sea, providing you’re careful and choose the right route.

Jet Skiing

Now, jet skiing is perfect for the thrill seekers out there. It’s an action packed water sport full of adrenaline – you’ve probably noticed people jet skiing on previous holidays. More often than not, they look like they’re having a great time!

Fishing

Fishing might not be considered all that much fun or even adventurous for some, but for others, it’s super thrilling! Heading out on a boat to catch some fish, enjoying the scenery as you go can be a great way to get some alone time. Places like Fishing sun have the equipment you need if you’re confused about what you should have to take this up.

Parasailing

Parasailing allows you to fly through the air towed by a boat – again, something you’ve probably spotted others doing and wondered about. There’s no feeling like it, and it’s pretty hard to describe. You can even do this with another person, so it’s a great idea for two people who want to enjoy more adventures together.

Rafting

When rafting, you’ll make your way through rapids. You’ll have to work as a team to stay on the right path, and depending on the route, you might get tossed in all directions – so you have to make sure you’re able and capable before you sign up! There are beginner routes and more difficult routes depending on what you’re looking for. This is a great activity to enjoy with friends and family.

Surfing

Surfing is a super exciting activity, and can also be a great way to show off whenever you head to the beach! Of course, it’s a good idea to have lessons first, as it’s a pretty tough sport to teach yourself. You also need to know appropriate surf etiquette – never jump in on another surfer’s wave, for example. Surfer’s can get pretty tetchy about that sort of thing!

Things To Remember

When it comes to water sports, you always need to consider your safety first. Make sure you listen carefully to instructions and wear all of the recommended safety gear at all times. You should also make sure you get water sports insurance and other appropriate cover to keep you safe whatever you decide to do!

As travellers always on the move, keeping a healthy relationship can be hard. I struggled with it myself on many occasions. Often I broke down, cried for help and looked for other ways to feel happy as the strains of travelling with your partner certainly take their toll. But what for the single tourist? Is it even harder as you are always alone, without a permanent relationship. These days though, there are certainly no shortage of options in the world of dating, or just for finding a sex partner. Here are 4 cool options for dating when you are a traveller to ensure you don’t feel alone,a nd can still enjoy dating, sexual experiences and those magical moments with the person you could, just maybe, fall in love with. Oh it’s a fantasy world…

1.Sex Dating Sites
Yes, these exist. There are sites where free, footloose single people go onto, set up a profile and then they look for sexual partners. Many tourists will do this for the extra thrills and experiences. You could hook up with a local man or woman through this – often bringing you a completely new and exciting sexual experience. Make sure you choose your sex dating site wisely though. The internet is flooded with more and more sites these days. And, you don’t need us to tell you but we have a duty anyway – stay safe. Make sure you trust the person, don’t take advantage of others, don’t make others mentally depressed and of course boys put a condom on your willy!

2.Nude Dating
How about seeing your partners tits before you even know her name? Have a peek at her pubic hair before you even heard her speak? Well now you can. Nude dating brings together named men and women into the same room to chat and mingle and possibly date. The venue in London however gives customers the option to cover up or just cover a little, or go full nude. Probably for once in such an option, you would look like the idiot if you wore a suit! So make it your birthday suit. The biggest issue and the funniest thing here is if the man has an erection. The girl will see it and know the willy size early on. Whether this spoils any chance of sex or romance – it’s your risk to take. You can also try nude yoga or nudist beaches.

Nude yoga

3.Speed Dating
The idea behind speed dating is obvious – fast dating. You walk into a room which has 15 girls and 15 guys. Each couple get 5 minutes (or sometimes 3 minutes) together to try and impress. So open your heart, be as funny, honest and professional as you can in such a short space of time. If there is a match, when they ask you to tick your favourite ‘dates’, then it could lead to something bigger – you just never ever know!

4.No Strings Attached
Excuse the pun, or maybe don’t! Because that is exactly the point of no strings dating! There are literally no strings attached. It’s entirely up to you how you go about the dates. Whether it’s casual trips to a theatre, a football match, the local craft beer bar or whatever. You take it slowly and as it comes. There is no pressure and no guarantee.

So start with one of these options on your travels and you never really know where you will end up…or with who! Good luck!

It is not a secret that England is a great travel destination. But England is so famous for its culture, and it consists of so many beautiful cities that it is hard to decide where exactly you should go.

As you can guess from the title of this article, we are here to argue that Leicester is a splendid city to go to for your next holiday. Why? There are 4 legitimate and awesome reasons below.

Jamie Vardy and Leicster City FC – By Peter Woodentop – Jamie Vardy and family after victory versus Everton at the King Power Stadium., CC BY-SA 2.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=49501123

Reason 1: Football fans will get to learn about Leicester City

If you enjoy watching football, then you must have heard about Leicester before. Leicester City won the Premier League in 2016 and the FA Cup in 2021. More and more people believe in the great potential of this team, and they come to Leicester to watch them play live. You can visit the stadium that has been the team’s home since 2002, and you can spot all the street art related to the team in the stadium or around the city.

Reason 2: The king who was buried in a car park

In 2012, the world was shocked when scientists announced that the skeleton found in a car park in Leicester belongs to Richard III. The king was buried there in 1485. He died at the Battle of Bosworth. His line ended then, and Henry Tudor was crowned the new king. The otherwise typical car park obtained the status of an archaeological site after this significant discovery. Besides the car park, you should visit the King Richard III Visitor Centre in order to learn more about that time period. Furthermore, you can watch the film The Lost King (2022), parts of which were filmed in Leicester.

Reason 3: The countryside surrounding Leicester

Leicester is a large city, meaning that there is a plethora of things to do, but you shouldn’t limit yourself within its borders. Take your car and discover the cool places at its outskirts. In case you haven’t got a car, you shouldn’t let it stop you because Enjoy Travel is here to make the process of hiring one easier than ever. In a few seconds you get to compare all the available cars in Leicester and book the one that matches your travelling needs online. Then, you are able to drive to the stunning Abbey Park and the Charnwood Forest.

Reason 4: A great number of museums

Are you a knowledge-thirsty person? Are you a curious spirit that enjoys learning about cool aspects of life? If yes, there are several museums and centres in Leicester that you will adore. The Leicester Museum and Art Gallery has got literally everything. Displays pertaining to science, arts and history are there to satisfy all kinds of curious minds. If outer space intrigues you more, then you should pay a visit to the National Space Centre. Also, it is wise to check what is on at the De Montfort Hall, as there might be a performance that you would like to attend.
